TGen respects your personal privacy and is committed to protecting it through responsible information practices. It is not necessary to reveal your identity or any Personal Information to visit TGen’s website, however this Privacy Notice describes TGen’s practices with respect to the collection, use, and disclosure of information, which may include Personal Information, through TGen’s website.
Personal Information Defined
For purposes of this Privacy Notice, “Personal Information” means any information directly associated with a specific person, or that reasonably can be used to identify a specific person. Personal Information does not include “aggregated information,” which is information collected about a group or category of people. Automated Information Collection and Use
When you visit TGen’s website, cookies and other website analytical applications, automatically capture certain information about your visit:

TGen provides a number of online applications for various programs and processes. TGen uses this information to process the request and may incorporate the information into TGen's computer systems and electronic databases. Email inquiries may also be stored so that TGen can respond electronically.
For donations to the TGen Foundation through the TGen website, you may also be asked to provide additional Personal Information for payment purposes, such as credit or debit card information. TGen does not store credit or debit card information, and uses a third party payment processor (Blackbaud) for all payments, whose use of your Personal Information is governed by their own privacy policy. TGen makes extensive use of technologies and techniques to help protect the integrity of the Personal Information you provide to TGen via the Internet. Additionally, TGen does not share your information with third parties without your authorization unless required by law or regulation as part of a legal process, or as part of a corporate transaction, for example a change in ownership of TGen. However, you should be aware that information submitted using Internet-based applications is not secure, and a third party can intercept any information included in an email message or an unencrypted form. If you are uncomfortable with submitting information over the Internet using this type of application, you are encouraged instead to send a paper copy to TGen by regular mail at the following address: 445 N. 5th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85004.
Unless otherwise required by statute, TGen does not identify publicly any information that you submit.
