For donations to the TGen Foundation through the TGen website, you may also be asked to provide additional Personal Information for payment purposes, such as credit or debit card information. TGen does not store credit or debit card information, and uses a third party payment processor (Blackbaud) for all payments, whose use of your Personal Information is governed by their own privacy policy. TGen makes extensive use of technologies and techniques to help protect the integrity of the Personal Information you provide to TGen via the Internet. Additionally, TGen does not share your information with third parties without your authorization unless required by law or regulation as part of a legal process, or as part of a corporate transaction, for example a change in ownership of TGen. However, you should be aware that information submitted using Internet-based applications is not secure, and a third party can intercept any information included in an email message or an unencrypted form.
