Insta-Influence: amplifying TGen’s education outreach programs through social media
In previous years, the Helios and TBLA programs have received little recognition on TGen’s social media platforms. My primary objective has been to utilize social media effectively to engage prospective interns and enhance engagement rate. This initiative includes developing a comprehensive social media campaign for the Helios and TBLA programs, aiming to spotlighting daily activities of scholars while increasing applications for the upcoming year. In marketing, social media has emerged as a primary search engine among millennials and Gen Z. TGen has maintained an active presence on social media for 15 years; however, its efforts towards educational outreach have not yielded significant results. Therefore, revitalization of educational outreach content is necessary for expanding awareness and engagement rates.
