Dean Ballard serves as Director of Development for TGen Foundation. In this role, Dean has created and runs the Annual Giving and stewardship program. Additionally, Dean works with TGen faculty and administrative leadership to create and build interest-specific programs to raise awareness and funds for TGen’s research. One of these programs is the TGen Ambassadors group—a network of working professionals and emerging leaders united in their desire to change the future of medicine.
Dean began his fundraising career 21 years ago at the Detroit Institute of Arts in Detroit, MI where he managed and later led the annual giving program.
