Ms. McRae serves as the General Counsel for TGen. Prior joining TGen, Ms. McRae was a partner at Jennings Strouss & Salmon, P.L.C. in Phoenix, Arizona where she was Chairman of the Life Sciences & Biotechnology Practice Group. She previously worked for an international law firm in the Silicon Valley where her practice focused on new and emerging life sciences and technology companies.
She is admitted to practice law in Arizona and California, and received her Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and her Bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University.
Ms. McRae also serves on the Board of Directors of the Ben and Catherine Ivy Foundation in Scottsdale, Arizona.
