Mary Anne McCaughey succumbed to pancreatic cancer at age 72.  Through her faith, strength of spirit, support from loved ones and treatment; she was able to spend two active and joy-filled years with her family despite her diagnosis in October 2011.  She eschewed complaints and the temptation to wonder "why me?" and dedicated herself to the love of, and service to, her family and friends.

To commemorate her spirit, this memorial was established to honor her wish to support the research being performed by TGen in treating this disease.

Mary Anne is survived by her husband and best friend Robert, as well her children Jocelyn and Matthew.  She was a loving grandmother to Chelsea, Christopher, Lucas and Sophia.  Her family would like express their gratitude to all those who supported Mary Anne through this ordeal.  Your thoughts and prayers were a source of strength.
