Preferred Provider Option (PPO) plan provides you with the most sought-after choice - the option to choose the physician you want, including direct access to specialists, including such noted providers as The Mayo Clinic. Employees have direct access to specialists - there's no need to first see a designated physician in order to see other medical providers.
Dental Plan
TGen's dental plans, provided by Cigna, provides insurance coverage to help you and your family maintain good dental health providing a broad range of services to include oral examinations, cleanings, fluoride treatments, diagnostic x-rays, dental sealants, fillings, extractions and other oral surgery procedures. Some plans include orthodontia for dependent children.

Short- & Long-Term Disability
Prudential offers both a Short and Long-Term Disability plan, which replaces a portion of your earnings when you are unable to work due to illness or injury. Employees may become eligible to receive short-term disability benefits after being disabled for seven days due to an accident or illness.
Life and Accidental Death
Employees are eligible to receive Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage through Prudential in the amount of 2 times their annual salary up to a maximum of $500,000, this benefit is paid for by TGen. In addition, employees may enroll in voluntary Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage at their cost
Flexible Spending Plan
WEX is a flexible spending plan, established as part of Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code. It allows you a choice of benefits customized to your needs. You assign certain dollar amounts to be transferred from your gross pay. These dollars are set aside in a special account and used to pay for expenses as they occur. You save by not paying taxes on the amount you set aside AND you conveniently will use your own debit card.
401k Retirement Plan
TGen's Retirement plan with employer contribution presents one of the best opportunities for its employees to really begin to build their retirement savings. Our plan features with American Funds make investing easy, convenient and flexible. Employees can contribute between 1% and 75% of their pay on a before-tax basis not to exceed the IRS limits.
Vacation
TGen is trailblazing the way to revolutionary Vacation Policies. We recognize and value your previous years of experience, and base your vacation on your tenure of equivalent professional experience.
Sick Leave
Employees may earn a calendar year sick leave allowance of 12 days.
Holidays
TGen provides 10 paid holidays per year, plus one floating holiday.
Employee Assistance Program
TGen also offers an Employee Assistance Program through ENI. This plan offers work/life benefits, including Financial, Legal, Eldercare, and Childcare Assistance and Referrals. The program also offers in-person and teleconference counseling for those more difficult situations in life that about which you or your dependent may need some guidance. In addition ENI offers a virtual concierge to help save you valuable time. These services are confidential and TGen does not receive information on your use of these services.
Tuition Reimbursement
After one year of employment, staff may apply for the tuition reimbursement program. TGen values education and to that end will reimburse a portion of your continuing education that will enhance your career at TGen.
